Jump Rope for Heart
West Greene Staff recognize Heart Health Month We have kicked off our JRFH event. JRFH is a community service-learning program of the American Heart Association. It teaches kids:
The importance of developing heart-healthy habits
That being physically active can be fun
That by raising funds to support research and education they help save lives across the country and in their community.
All JRFH envelopes are due by March 2nd. Our goal is to raise $4000.00 for the American Heart Association. We currently have raised over $2700.00 . Any student who raises $40.00 or more will get to PIE a teacher. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Winfield, our PE teacher. Thank you for all your support. It takes a heart to be a hero.
